Any referrals to Oxygen will be regarded as acknowledgement of, and agreement to, the Oxygen Referrer Terms & Conditions.

To be eligible to receive the referral fee, both parties must ‘Like’ the Oxygen Home Loans Facebook Page and the customer that was referred must apply for a loan through an Oxygen broker and continue to settlement from that same application. Payment of the referral fee will occur upon McGrath Oxygen Home Loan’s receipt of commissions from the lender after settlement. Only one referral fee per person. $300 will be paid in full to ABN holders. Non-ABN holders will receive a voucher to the NET equivalent value.
