Our 7 Steps to Ownership

 

First, we’ll meet. Your Oxygen Loan Consultant will ring to let you know what supporting documentation you’ll need at the meeting.		Then we’ll help you choose the best home loan for you. When you’re satisfied, you’re ready to sign the application form.

Once we receive all your supporting documentation we’ll review your application, ensure the paperwork is in order, then submit it to the lender on the same day.		After your application’s submitted we’ll phone you straight away and ensure the process flows smoothly through to settlement.		When your application’s approved your lender will send you a letter of offer and your home loan documentation directly.

It’s time to sign your loan contract, then check with your solicitor to find out the settlement date.		After your loan settles you’ll collect your keys and become a member of our ongoing Customer Care program – we won’t forget you.
